In Real Estate News the Story Hasn’t Changed Much

Locally there was an uptick in inventory the first few weeks of July. This still wasn’t enough to meet demand and the strong sellers market continues. August is usually a time of reduced inventory as people take their last summer vacation and families get ready for kids to start school. It will be interesting to see if the inventory stays strong through August. That may be a good time for home shoppers.
