Bank Owned Closing!

Congratulations to Bruce for the recent closing of a bank owned property. Bruce’s clients are so thrilled about the deal they got on this property. Of course patience and persistence were needed by all as a last minute cloud on the title was found. Before the title problem was found, the transaction was going to close on time which was only 40 days after mutual acceptance. In the end, due to the needed extension to clear up title, the transaction closed a few weeks after that – still lightening speed for a bank owned property! These are the kind of transactions that don’t go smoothly without an agent on the ball- Way to go Dad!
