People keep asking me how the market is going. I’ve been saying for the last month that the market has been a lot more active- more people at Open Houses, more on-line hits on listings, and more pending home sales. And, as more proof that the market has picked up our W. Lk. Sammamish listing sold in less than a week! Wow! How’s that for proof!
